About Attorney David Taylor
David Taylor was born and raised in a small South Carolina town, and has been a South Carolina resident his entire life. In that close-knit community, his incredible parents taught him the value of loving and serving others… a principle which has driven David’s personal life, and which he has carried into his law practice.
David was the first person in his family to ever hold a college degree, and today he has three (3) degrees, including the highest law degree available (LL.M.). He opened his first law firm just a year out of law school in 1999 and has built his practice with a strong work ethic, a passion for helping others, and most importantly, a strong faith in and reliance on the Lord.
When people ask David what he “does”, David immediately answers “I am a father”. David considers being a father to his son as his highest priority on this earth. He is blessed to call his son his best friend, and the duo enjoy traveling and have their unique tradition of spending “Father’s Week” together each year, as both believe a single day is much too short to honor such an important relationship.
Did You Know?
David is a diverse man, to say the least. He listens primarily to rap music but also loves Billie Holliday, Sam Cooke, Ray Charles, and the like. David has a prize shoe collection, with over 180 pairs of athletic shoes. He even has a “shoe closet” in his home to display all of his kicks.
David is a huge Clemson Tigers fan, having attended games with his mother and father since the age of eight years old, a tradition he now continues with his son. His love of Clemson does not mean that he is close-minded, however, as his beautiful girlfriend is the biggest Gamecocks fan he has ever known, and he loves her dearly.
